     In Feb,2016 Sayok bought the SZ XinXuan company that is professionally make the automotive mold & molding, Sayok owns its largest share.

What we can provide to you now:
1). Product pre-development: with Autodesk mold flow & CAD software to prepare DFM reports to our customers to find the best solution for further tooling, to find out the potential problems in the parts / molds like filling solution, reduce cycle time, decrease the warpage etc.
2). Tool design: We have one experienced design team to finish the tool design with full 3D CAD software like UG, Pro-E, and SolidWorks etc. because the tool design is the only guideline for the whole tool making process. The goal for design is not only for easily machining, but also for easily used in final molding plant, because the mold is built to use.
3). Mold making: We have 5 experienced tool making team who works over 10 years in precision tool making. They also get frequency training with design, machining, quality control, mold trial and so on to keep moving forward. We are able to finish the tools in time with all capacity in Sayok Mould like high speed CNC machines, mirror EDM, slow wire-cut and so on.
4). Mold trial & production: We are able to test all kinds of tools in the press from 30ton to 1000ton,  There is complete system for mold trial in Sayok Mould from material drying to CPK testing with full simulation as final molding process.
5). Quality control: We are able to prepare full measurement & CPK reports with all possibility like CMM, laser scan and so on to guarantee the parts quality to full fill customer’s requirement. Quality is always the life for Sayok Mould.
